On February 6th around 1:30 pm the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies arrested Joshua Folino, 30, of Rochester for petit larceny after concealing $110 worth of fragrance from Von Maur at the East View Mall in Victor.Folino was arraigned in Victor Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail. He will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
